I have always had a natural eye for design and staging, and I of course include a staging consultation with my listing package, but you might be surprised to learn that I also use this skill to help buyers in their home search! It can be challenging to visualize the interior of a home with different colours, furniture, and arrangement. I love to help conceptualize what a home will look like when your personal style is added.
Relocation Consultant
Remote home buyers are becoming more and more common, and I have a high success rate working with clients who are moving to the area but may not be able to visit homes in person often or at all! Using a combination of virtual tours and going through each house in very fine detail, I am happy to help narrow down the possibilities or even facilitate a fully remote purchase.
